Creating a User or Client Account in FeedPlay (Agency Mode)

Use this guide to onboard new users or clients under your whitelabeled FeedPlay Agency account.

1. Access Agency Mode

  • In the top-right corner of your FeedPlay dashboard, click “Access as Agency.”
  • You’ll be taken to your Agency panel, where you can manage client accounts and settings.

2. Create a New User

  • Click “New User.”
  • In the pop-up, provide the user’s First and Last Name, Email, and Password.
  • Click “Create Account.”

Note: If you have a custom domain set up (from the Whitelabel Branding guide), the user will receive an onboarding email featuring your agency’s URL and branding.

3. Manage User Accounts

  • Edit Account: Update the user’s details or permissions at any time.
  • Access Account: Log in on behalf of the user to assist or troubleshoot.
  • Disable Account: Temporarily suspend access without permanently deleting the user.
  • Delete Account: Remove the user entirely if they no longer need access.

4. Apply Custom Usage Limits

  1. Go to the “Limits” tab in your Agency panel.
  2. View a breakdown of your overall FeedPlay limits.
  3. Scroll down to see all users.
  4. Click “Manage” next to the user you want to set specific limits for.
    • Adjust audio minutes, guide creation limits, or other metrics to share your plan allotments as needed.

5. Client/End-User Dashboard Experience

  1. Once users log in with the credentials you provided, they’ll see your branded landing page and dashboard.
  2. All branding—logos, color schemes, domain—will match what you configured in Whitelabel Branding.

Important:

  • Make sure to set up Whitelabel Branding before onboarding clients so they receive a fully branded experience.
  • Refer to the Whitelabel Branding guide here if you haven’t completed that setup yet.
